future foundation skill centre

It is a community Interest company registered as a CIC Charity . We give training to young adults with learning difficulties and Adults with ex Alcohol or drug problems or have been in the probation program. We give them training in Plastering and Building skill to increase their employability.

The CIC was set up 4 years ago and I have been funding this project . It has a proven track record that has helped young adults to get employment within the building trade and helped to improve our community by encouraging young adults to become useful members of society . We work with Halton housing the Youth offenders team . where we take on people on probation to give them a new direction in their lives.
Several of our attendees have gone on to have their own plastering companies and have proved to be a success after finishing our course. We would use the funding for the replacement of tools and to buy equipment. It would be useful that not only money that was available to our centre but an allowance of building materials or a tool allowance would be ideal where we can have an allotted amount set aside to us to pick up materials that we need every week. The company started as Northwest Training Partnership and is registered at companies house number 08008154. This is a non profit company set up to help our local community where we also help the elderly in house improvement ie. Plastering and decoration their homes just for the cost of materials. The company are just changing the name to Future Foundation skill centre from Power in partnership Construction Plastering .
